Shipping & Delivery
At this time, we ship merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. hCG Diet Depot does not ship merchandise to international locations. All orders ship within 48 hours if received before 12:00PM EST on regular business days. Currently we ship via USPS, and expedited delivery is available via FEDEx at an additional fee. (Please provide a physical address or your shipping will be delayed until we can get in touch with you for the change). The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Returns
All sales are final and non-returnable. Due to the nature of this product, shelf life, and tampering policies they can only be shipped once. Our Products have been used by thousands of customers and they work as advertised. If you have any reservations about our product or the ingredients with in, please contact us ASAP or email us from the contact us page with any questions you may have. If you return or refuse the package we will not be able to give you a refund unless pre-approved by customer service.
